Of a truth, the pandemic came as a shock because none of us was prepared for it and thereby causing a slump in the economy leading to a financial crisis. A number of people around the world have been rendered jobless and some businesses have had to shut down. Regardless, your confidence is what you have to keep together with your head up high in order to regain the order. Lack of confidence means giving up but you shouldn’t give up…. A scarcity of confidence can affect your progress. The level of confidence you have can strengthen your ability to embrace opportunities without questioning your capacity. Consciously add these tips to your daily lifestyle and watch your confidence boosted.


In all manners and level of consciousness, always ensure you are surrounded only by positive thinking people and things. Anything that exudes negatives in all levels should be avoided at all costs if you must build your confidence. No game is lost before it is played…always give yourself the benefit of the doubt as you strive to achieve a better result but until the game is lost, you still have all the chances to win. Even when the negative thoughts come, shake it off and tell yourself “I can do this” and keep at it. For example, even if the world seems to have experienced economic crisis to some levels, some people like Jeff Bezos and the likes still got richer so that means regardless of the situation, there are still chances to hope. Take the chance in front of you. You can do it!


Take the challenge with all the positivity you have gathered and start the action, take that step. Don’t worry about failures or mistakes…it’s all a part of the process and such thoughts will hinder your capacity and trust in yourself, instead focus on all the areas you need to achieve excellence. Develop the idea, carry out the surveys, determine the potentials, and begin to work.


Don’t let anxiety get the best of you. Don’t say they won’t listen to me now because of the pandemic when you haven’t spoken to them. Become your own motivation. Write out the things that are causing you anxiety, evaluate them and then also write out why it shouldn’t cause you anxiety so anytime you get scared, just read your WHY out to yourself… don’t let your fears pull you back. Do the same for anything else that’s making you insecure.


Comparison, as they say, is the thief of joy. Learn to celebrate every of your move.  Celebrate the King or Queen that you are. Comparison will do anything to bring down your self-esteem until you lose every ounce of confidence. Instead of comparing, ensure you take a step daily so you can have something worth celebrating every day. Avoid social media as much as you can, deceit thrives on that platform, things you see that depress you are not always what you think they are, so avoid things that’ll unnecessarily worry you.


Identify with your accomplishments, whether they are big or small. If need be, paste or hang them where you can always see them regularly. It will help you know that if you could achieve things in the past then you definitely can achieve a whole lot more. Start with daily goals, and further move on to weekly goals, and so on. Document your daily and weekly progresses visibly because a visible aid can help you stay focused and keep you going. 


Don’t forget to care for yourself. Enjoy where you are to where you are going. Only the right smell from you can make you feel like you’re on cloud nine. How much more the right shoes, hairstyles, and dresses. Remember how that feel-good mood you get from looking in the mirror before that party always have a way of adding shoulder pads to your dresses and making you feel like you’re the most handsome/beautiful person in the world, it also boosts your confidence and also makes you look confident.  Do everything that makes you love you and be unapologetic about it. Do your exercise, eat the right foods, and hit the road oozing out confidence.
